The University of Maryland Libraries and The Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center will be hosting the annual meeting of the Atlantic Chapter in College Park October 4-5, 2019. A music scores preservation workshop is being planned with Sibley Music Library’s Alice Carli as instructor. Watch this page for more details as they emerge. Meeting Registration

We are offering a hands-on Score Preservation Workshop led by Sibley Music Library's Alice Carli on Friday, October 4th, from 9 a.m. to noon. The ATMLA chapter meeting will begin on Friday, October 4th, at 1 p.m. You may register for either or both activities. Space in the Score Preservation Workshop is limited to 24. To reserve a place in the workshop you must register and pay. We regret we cannot accept workshop or box lunch payments at the door. Score Preservation Workshop tickets and box lunch tickets must be paid for at time of registration. If you are selecting the annual meeting ticket only you may pay now via credit card or select the pay-on-site option and pay at the meeting using cash, check, or credit card. We have a block of rooms reserved at the College Park Marriott, which is a short walk from the meeting location. The meeting rates are $139/night for a room with a single king bed and $159/night for a room with two queens. There are rooms available for October 3 and October 4. The rate is available until September 6. Parking and Wi-Fi are included.
